Joana Deltuvaité (born 1981) was the first participant in the VISIT fellowship programme. The young Lithuanian photographer visited RWE for three months to develop her own image of the company. She focused primarily on the offices, the workspaces and, above all, the ways in which the employees adapted these standardised spaces, imbuing them with a personal touch. The result of her research is humorous, touching and as diverse as the employees and their interests. Her work produced a unique portrait of the company, and offered viewers a lively look at this marvellous microcosm. #VISIT2010
