May 2017: VISIT fellows Lucas Buschfeld and Merlin Baum were invited to speak at the META Conference at the NRW Forum. META is a high-profile conference centred around the themes of digital art, culture and creativity which held its first meeting in 2017, accompanying the launch of the exhibition “Unreal” at the NRW Forum in Düsseldorf. META’s annual conference brings together 200 virtual virtuosos and digital pioneers to participate in discussions and keynote addresses on state-of-the-art developments in the fields of digital art and virtual reality.
